PCI-DSS<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS),<\/span> It is a mandatory security standard within the payment method industry.\r\n<\/span>

\r\nThe program is the result of a unification effort by the VISA, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and American Express brands of their own security programs, giving rise to what is now known as PCI DSS and governed by the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC)<\/span>)<\/a>.\r\n<\/span>

\r\nIts purpose is to help merchants, service providers and financial institutions to reduce the risk of credit card fraud by complying with a series of requirements.<\/span><\/p> <\/div>
